These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Website or our services.
2. Services
Stitch Embro provides the following services:
- Embroidery digitizing (conversion of artwork into embroidery machine files)
- Vector art conversion (raster to vector graphics)
- Custom embroidered, woven, or PVC patches
- DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers and sticker printing
All services are subject to our acceptance of your order and our ability to produce the requested work. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Turnaround times quoted are estimates and not guarantees. We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated delivery timeframes but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
3. Orders & Quotes
Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request via our website does not constitute a binding order. A quote is provided as an estimate based on the information you supply. Final pricing may change if the actual work differs materially from the description provided.
Placing an Order
An order is confirmed only when we have sent you written confirmation (by email) accepting your order and you have approved the final quote. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.
Artwork & Files
You are responsible for supplying clear, high-quality artwork. We are not responsible for poor output quality resulting from low-resolution or unclear source files. By submitting artwork you confirm you have the right to use and reproduce that artwork.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due before final files are delivered. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other payment methods listed on our website.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
We do not store your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers.
5. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer free unlimited revisions on all orders until you are satisfied with the result, provided the revision requests are within the scope of the original order brief.
Revisions that constitute a change to the original brief (e.g. redesigning the artwork, changing the size significantly, or adding new elements) may be subject to additional charges, which will be quoted before work begins.
Once you have approved and downloaded the final files, the order is considered complete and no further revisions will be made without a new order.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the digitized or converted files we produce for your order. We retain no ongoing rights to the delivered files.
You warrant that any artwork, logos, or images you supply to us do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from such infringement.
We reserve the right to use examples of completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you expressly request otherwise in writing at the time of ordering.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stitch Embro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We do not warrant that our website will be available uninterrupted or error-free.
